Job Description
Conducting the required FM, QHSE, inspection as well as the investigation visits, and assisting in resolving the difficult cases aris by the experienced managers, also for the environmental control as well as a safety precaution. • Conduct physical site inspections as per the plans & schedule, and maintain inspection records, • Followingthe International Standards of Practice (InterNachi/RICS) • Ensuring that the sites are taken care of by the managers and by the service providers. • Evaluating the data accuracy in the snag report App, providing comments and details • Providing technical support to the managers in difficult situations • Inspecting and reporting about the HSE findings in the inspected properties • Using the right tools for inspection and reporting. • Gathering the findings and preparing the monthly reports for the direct manager. • Providing comments details for auditing purposes about the data accuracy in SnagReport • Provide technical assistance when requested, doing sites visits as required Requirments: Education :Degree in Engineering Experience: 5+years of experience in the feild of facility management and property maintenance or similar industry/role, in regards to the below : - Technical knowledge of property services such as HVAC, pluming, electrical, Fire, and civil systems - AutoCAD drafting ability, also coducting the FM & HSE inspections and the reporting, providing the technical advise to the manager when required
