Job Description

Detail-oriented Project Architect who possesses an exceptional ability to identify and rectify on-site execution errors before they occur. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural materials, details, and coordination processes. Should also be adept at communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and other involved parties.

Oversee the architectural and fit-out aspects of the development of the design including all details related to Fit Out Works, production of the construction documents, and specifications on a project.
Review on-site Architectural and finishing construction details, ensuring it adheres to the design intent and promptly identify discrepancies.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and other involved parties concerning finishing selections, to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials and architectural details to foresee potential issues and provide pre-emptive solutions.
Engage in continuous coordination during the execution phase to maintain design integrity and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on construction progress and potential obstructions.
Remain updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance future project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or in a related field.
BIM certification of practice is preferable.

Experience

5 to 10 Years of experience in architectural design, with a specific focus on on-site execution in Dubai / UAE.
Experience in dealing with specialized Consultants and service providers / agencies / contractor packages which include design and construction etc.
Experience with large and reputed consultants / Property Developers / large contracting companies in the above fields, would be preferable.

Good command of computer software in the field of rendering

Good knowledge of various contractors, suppliers in the market and market rates/price of materials and various items of works including interior works, specialized works etc.

Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills.
