Provide immediate response to site injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
Maintain first aid kits and ensure equipment is replenished and accessible.
Record and report all incidents, treatments, and referrals as per HSE policy.
Monitor site conditions and support workers in heat stress and dehydration prevention.
Assist the HSE officer in promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks.
Participate in emergency preparedness drills and evacuation plans.
Ensure medical documentation and emergency contact records are up-to-date.
Support health screenings, wellness campaigns, and routine checks.
Communicate with site supervisors regarding health hazards or risks.
Help ensure compliance with UAE labour and health safety laws.
