Job Description


  • Lead and manage the department team in order to achieve the departments targets.
  • Balancing short-term results with the long-term strategy.
  • Coordinated meetings and presentations between his team, consultants, and customers.
  • Manage the presales team throughout the whole process (quotations, submittals, negotiation on prices, and closing the deals).
  • Manage the technical team for the testing, commissioning all the way till project handover as per documents.
  • Coordinate with factories technical teams & our technical teams to resolve manufacturing and technical problems to avoid any delay in project works.
  • Manage sales team targets in order to achieve the departments overall sales target.
  • Exhibits strategic leadership skills
  • Manage and direct resources towards meeting clear growth objectives.
  • Keep his team engaged and motivated.
  • Have a succession plan for each team member.
  • Monitors & Supports the engineering team for activities like business planning, sales estimates, and reporting.
  • Follow up on ERP/CRM updates
  • Meeting with projects team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports to all stakeholders by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

  • Arranging and doing site surveys and coordination between the Project team and design engineers.

  •  Following up with the clients requirements.

  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule, budget, and scope.

  • Follow up with site engineers and site team and conduct meetings to ensure that they are following the safety standards.

  • Conduct meetings with the clients as needed.

  • Conduct meetings with project engineers to evaluate the progress at all sites.

  • Checking and approving all Expense sheets related to Site Engineers & Supervisors.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, BD, PMO ...etc)

  • Following up with the PMO department for (Materials delivery, Issuing a P.O for some suppliers..etc.).

  •  Assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project.

  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the projects if requested.

  • Interviewing new candidates (Project Engineers) when required.

  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.

  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

  • Managing customer satisfaction.

  • Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Submitting projects deliverable. Preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

  • Follow up with the finance department to ensure that we received our payments after the closing of the projects.
