As the Senior Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification preferred).
• At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
