Financial consultant in the accounts department of the Financial Affairs Sector as follows:
Coordinate with the concerned departments and sections in the department in order to review and analyze the various reports on the performance of the departments and sectors services, including the mechanisms used in providing services.
Prepare reports on proposed changes in management and sector services and other reports to the Director General and advise on the immediate and long-term expected results of the application of changes to services.
Providing assistance to the concerned authorities in the development of draft laws, regulations, regulations and decisions related to regulatory matters.
Conducting the necessary studies and research on issues and topics of special importance and submitting related suggestions and recommendations to raise professional competence by simplifying procedures and enhancing the quality of the departments work.
Studying the annual projects of the department and the sector, which is referred by the executive director and directors of departments.
Study and review reports and submit recommendations to the Director of Administration and the Executive Director.
Study the draft circulars, instructions and decisions related to which are referred by the Director General Provide assistance to the concerned authorities in the development of draft laws, regulations, regulations and decisions related to regulatory matters.
Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the Executive Director and the Director of the Department.
Full knowledge of Oracle system.
Full knowledge of the operational functions of the department and sector
Work to improve and develop the level of employees working in the sector.
