Job Description

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Incident management & resolution.
  • Provide support for remote sites in and around the Region.
  • After hours on-call support for requested sites.
  • Provide support to other HPIT support teams as needed.
  • Participate in operational meetings as required
  • LAN and Voice MACD
  • Maintain and update existing network infrastructure.
  • Hardware Depot/ Hardware Recovery Centre support



Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science
  • Work experience in similar position 
  • SLA and ticket priority
  • English & Arabic
  • Ability to manage schedule on multiple projects
  • Vehicle and License
Primary location: Musalla towers & Mall, Khalid Bin al Waleed Road, Al Hamriya, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
