Job Description
Role: Fashion Tailor/Fashion Brand Tailor
Salary : Open
Nationality : Open (except Indian & Pakistani Muslims)
The role will include but not be limited to:
• Perform sewing duties, including altering, fitting, and mending .
• Fit new customers to support the Made to order lines in Temperley / RC
• Coordination with Brand designers/ tailors to ensure that the product meets the Quality checks of both brand & customer.
• Tailor, mend, and alter to meet the brand standards.
• Maintain equipment and keep the working area clean and organized.
• Attend to guest requests for alterations and mending .
• Sew and repair as required
• Assist in the preparation of costumes for special events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check all repairs daily to ensure quality and readiness.
• Demonstrate excellent service by being attentive to both internal and external guests, fulfilling requests promptly, and anticipating needs and delivering to quality & time
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role / student of design & fashion interested in tailoring
• An eye for fashion & understanding of design
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional language is an advantage ( Arabic/ French/ Russian)
• Flexible with working hours and a team player.
• Should be impeccably groomed and presentable.
• Flexible with the rotating shifts.
