Position: EXIM Documentation Executive (Automobile Industry)

Location: Dubai -UAE

Qualification: Preferable degree: B.com or any other UG degree,

CTC range: 6000-7000 AED per month based on candidates experience.

Skills / Experience

·         Minimum 2-3 Year Experience in the field of logistic or supply chain industry

·         Knowledge of ERP management system with previous experience is required

·         Capability to build and develop effective relationship with freight forwarder and suppliers

·         Knowledge of warehouse operation and best practice

·         Very good knowledge of Excel and MS office

·         Good communication skills and a confident appearance

Role & Responsibility

·         Prepare the pre and post shipment documents for Export, Import, Cross trade shipment and land transport shipment,

·         Timely prepare the Purchase order, Pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, chamber of commerce, Delivery advise,

·         Timely to send the Pro-forma invoice to client and purchase order to supplier, follow up with finance team to complete the payment to supplier as per payment terms

·         Effectively and closely follow-up with freight forwarders, Land transport, agent and co-ordinate with supplier,

·         To closely co-ordinate and follow-up with warehouse team to dispatch the cargo within the timeline,

·         Verifying the CRN, shipping documents, suppliers’ documents and ensure to dispatch the original set of documents prior to ETA at destination,

·         Arrange to book the sample shipment through DHL, FedEx Portal upon the team request and need to be monitor the sample shipments until to reach the respective office

·         Ensure to dispatch the right QTY to the right place to the right time,

·         To keep the record intake for all orders which is related to logistics and supply chain documents

·         Up to date to maintain the stock report

·         Strong knowledge of JFAFZA rules and regulations experience is advantage
