On behalf of our client, one of the UAEs largest construction companies is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Main Responsibilities to include:
Proactively manage the General Managers calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, transcribing minutes, and travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for executive-level meetings and projects
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Must have previous work experience as an EA to C-level Executives, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent verbal and communication skills. Arabic speakers are advantageous
Proficient in using MS Office and other office software
