Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire experienced Recruiters. Position Summary: This is a contract opportunity for an indefinite time. The ideal candidate will be required to be on the phone 99% of the time contacting and interviewing candidates. Interviewing tasks could include ongoing and ad hoc requests as well as quantitative and qualitative projects. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture. Qualifications: · The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in a call center (preferably in the recruiting industry) along with specific experience in the staffing field. · Multilingual candidates are preferred (English, Arabic, Spanish) Responsibilities: · Develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market. · Understand companies’ growth strategies and related hiring needs. · Recruit candidates for our existing clients. · Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs to effectively fill their open positions. · Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates for our clients. · Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates. · Present short-listed candidates to clients. · Manage and facilitate the negotiation process. · Develop and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships. · Research and develop leads for future business development.
