Our client, a well-established organization that has been delivering consistent Recruitment Solutions across different industries is on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to be based at their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in managing the same or similar responsibilities as an EA with C- Level Executives and the ability to support business goals / activities.
Main roles and responsibilities to include:
Act as the key contact between the Directors and other departments
Intensive calendar and diary management
Coordinate and oversee all office operations and activities
Act as an office manager by keeping up with the office supply and inventory
Producing reports and preparing presentations, liaising with hiring managers and supporting the recruitment process
Responsible for managing office operations and procedures and ensure business efficiency
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline business operations
Requirements
To be a successful applicant, you will have:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience within a similar role
Must have an eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
