Recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, our client who is a well-established luxury developer in the UAE is looking for someone with excellent experience in project planning, maintaining files, making travel arrangements and the ability to multi-task. Familiarity within the Property / Real Estate market will be an advantage but not essential.
Core Role:
Support the CEO, managing daily calendars travel schedule locally and internationally
Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal documents
Attend to necessary correspondence either via email, phone or face to face during meetings
Collate and file expenses as and when required
Managing legal, liable and important documents to be signed by the Chairman and Directors
Documentation, travel, visas Banking support, Govt Department communication and thorough filing
Schedule and record meeting minutes and follow-ups
Various ad hoc requests
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets and databases
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of matters
Well presented and always ready for the next challenge
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
