We are hiring a UAE experienced business development manager from the events or events technology sector to join their Dubai headquarters. The primary responsibility of the role is to generate and close new sales, organically grow existing accounts and create profitable partnerships with related providers. Role Summary Develop new business development and client acquisition strategies and execute results driven roadmaps to achieve annual market share and revenue growth targets. 360-dgree sales cycle to achieve annual sales targets - lead generation, pipeline growth, preparation and submission of RFP and proposal, negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with the marketing and projects teams to create brand awareness and opportunities to showcase the services through digital media, face to face meetings and networking events. Foster relationships with event and sports organizers and sponsorship partners; senior level decision makers at premium hospitality venues. Develop sales processes and KPIs.
