We are recruiting a UAE experienced marketing and brand manager with deep expertise in B2B marketing, brand and communications strategy and execution to lead the organization’s online and office presence.
The uccessful candidate will develop and execute the marketing strategy, brand positioning and community engagement that increase brand awareness and generate leads to accelerate client acquisition.
Role Summary
Develop and execute online and offline marketing, brand strategies and road maps across multiple platforms for digital and social media, CRM, brand, communications, content, creative, advertising and web.
Build brand equity to drive customer acquisition and market share growth.
Lead PR campaigns, manage media relations and ensure the messaging is aligned to the brand values to reach a wider B2B audience through brand awareness.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7 – 10 years’ marketing, brand and communications experience with proven capabilities in strategy, creative concepts, developing and executing integrated print, digital and social media campaigns and building the brand through storytelling and media voice.
Develop engaging content and creatives for integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong financial, commercial and analytical skills to manage marketing budgets and analyze marketing metrics, customer insights, competitive analysis and ROI.
Detail-oriented with a strong affinity for aesthetics, storytelling and creative content principles.
Strong expertise in the client journey across all relevant touchpoints in concept, content and email marketing, paid advertising, social media, public relations and media coverage.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab - Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English – articulate, creative and compelling in written and verbal communication.
Strategic, action oriented and data driven; must be able to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial organization.
Energetic, vibrant and confident outgoing personality.
Education
Bachelors degree is mandatory.
Certification is digital and social media marketing is mandatory
