ITP Media Group’s events department is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn all aspects of event management from concept to completion.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Events Junior Assistant will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Supporting the events team with planning and organising in-person events (e.g., conferences, panels, award ceremonies, launches, etc.)
Support with vendor outreach, venue booking, and logistics coordination
Help with guest list management, ticket sales, and registration processes
Conduct research on venues, industry events, and suppliers
Assist with on-site event execution
Create, distribute and manage sheets and documents to track information
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and cars for colleagues and VIP guests, along with arranging event deliveries.
Conduct post-event follow-up with sponsors and attendees. Preparing sponsor reports and sharing event photographs where required.
Preparing the necessary documentation required to obtain any event permits.

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
Alternatively, prior work experience in any of these fields will also be considered
