Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
  

• Coordinate and execute engaging events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  

• Recruit, and manage a team of sales freelancers and sales reps to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional events and campaigns.
  

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, during events and in-store activities.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and retail sales to continually improve the companys offerings.
  

• Coordinate and manage temporary staff, both onsite & pre show, by producing show specific briefs and giving onsite inductions.
  

• Day to day liaison with internal Event teams, venues, contractors, suppliers and exhibitors.
  

• Under the guidance of senior team members produce onsite documentation including staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floor plans, welcome packs, staff handbooks Inc. safety information etc
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  

• Proven experience in events and exhibitions, preferably with SMEs in the retail sector, including F&B, and a background in the fashion exhibition industry.
  

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
  

• Valid U.A.E Driving license
  

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills in English and Arabic with additional languages as a bonus.
  

• Ability and willingness to travel to events as required.
