Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading turnkey interior fit out company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an Estimator who will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics.

• Prepare quantity take-off from drawings & specifications (pre-contract and post-contract)

• Conducting a site visit

• Attending pre and post tender meetings and sending tender queries for client’s clarification

• Responsible for close coordination with other company departments such as Design, Finance, Engineering, and Project teams

• Prepare the subcontractor/supplier bid packages from tender documents and floating inquiries to collect quotations and prepare comparison statements

• Prepare tender deliverables (technical and commercial), Offer letters, BOQs and contract conditions, sub-contract Agreements and Variation orders, as well as checking and certification of subcontractor invoices Requirements
