Job Description

Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Salary: AED 13,000/month

Gender: Any

Nationality: English speakers preferred. Arabic speakers must have an IELTS score of 7.5 or above.

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and passionate English Teacher for a reputable school in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a dedication to fostering language proficiency in students.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging English language lessons to students using creative and interactive teaching methods.
Plan, prepare, and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and ADEK standards.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support language development.
Encourage critical thinking, communication, and academic growth through innovative teaching strategies.
Participate in staff development, school meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
Maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
ADEK approval or eligibility is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in the UAE.
English speakers preferred.
Arabic speakers must present an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about student learning and academic excellence.
