Job Description
· Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, · Good Electromechanical knowledge · Basic of Siemens S7-400 safety PLC · Basic of Beckhoff PLC Twin Cat 2 Safety SCADA , HMI, Profi bus, ASI Bus, Ether NET / Cat. · Reading Electrical schematics ,Servo drives,Variable frequency drives (VFD),Ethernet devices, Remote I/O · Maintenance workflow (scheduling, PM tasking, work order creation, etc.). · Maintenance of Conveyor Systems (Roller, Belt). · Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems - including Siemens PLC, Profibus, etc. · High-Level electricity skills - (AC/DC theory, relays, switches, solenoids, fuses, breakers, etc.), power generation and distribution (including 3 phases), electrical safety, National Electric Code, motor theory and protection. · High-Level electronic skills including photo sensors, scanning devices, embedded controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers, servo drives, variable frequency drives, Ethernet devices, and remote I/O.
