Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. This role involves supervising and performing routine electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for assisting engineers, motivating technical staff, and overseeing the daily activities of the maintenance team.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will ensure that electrical maintenance activities are carried out effectively, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to company policies. Additionally, you will manage spare parts ordering and reporting to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise routine electrical maintenance and repairs to ensure completion of tasks
Assist engineers and motivate technical staff to achieve departmental objectives
Set maintenance and repair tasks for technicians and monitor their performance to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Order and manage spare parts required for the project and ensure the repair or replacement of defective components
Issue daily performance reports, ensuring all technical staff adhere to company policies and procedures while assigned to their sites
