Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to manage product listings across multiple online platforms, support day-to-day ecommerce operations, and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across various marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and online store.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve results.
- Update website content and optimize product visibility on ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct market research to track competitor products and pricing.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, including managing listings on multiple platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and ecommerce tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
