Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Draftsman to support our design and construction teams on large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and documentation in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with architects and engineers across all project phases. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on design and site requirements. · Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and translate them into CAD/Revit drawings. · Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with construction needs. · Assist in the preparation of drawing submittals and documentation for consultants and authorities. · Update drawings as per revisions, site instructions, and design modifications. · Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company drafting standards. · Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for internal tracking and audits. · Participate in technical meetings and site visits when required. · Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field. · Minimum of 4–6 years of experience as an architectural draftsman in the construction industry, preferably within the GCC. · Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/design software. · Familiarity with Saudi building codes and authority requirements is preferred. · Solid understanding of architectural details, materials, and construction methods. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
