As a Director of Valuation & Advisory Services, you will be responsible for leading and developing all property valuation instructions and managing the firms strategic consulting and advisory solutions. Additionally, you will be in charge of financial oversight and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within the department is met.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Develop a strategic plan and lead teams to achieve departmental goals
Maintain positive relationships with teammates, clients, and stakeholders
Conduct performance reviews and provide team advice and support
Provide market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment to clients
Identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients
Develop strategies to increase the departments revenue and profitability
Attend industry events and use industry insights to identify potential niches, target markets for departmental growth
Stay abreast of market trends, economic data, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
Educational Qualifications and Certificates:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate or Land Administration
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar senior or leadership roles
Knowledgeable of valuation methodology and principles of international accounting standards
Strong client base and network in GCC region is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft office and relevant software
Strong numerical, analytical, and leadership skills
Exceptional communication and administration abilities
Ability to travel in within GCC region on required basis
