As the Director of Commercial Valuations, you will be involved in the development of commercial valuations, feasibility studies, and ensuring international standards and laws are met. You will be responsible for acquiring new business as well as developing and managing client relationships.
Within this role, you will be in charge of addressing client concerns and ensuring that report templates are updated in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Develop and manage budgets and financial projections
Forecast revenue streams based on historical performance, client pipeline, and market conditions
Prepare financial reports and presentations
Establish key financial performance metrics and ensure financial goals are met
Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Develop strategies to increase the departments client base and revenue streams
Build and maintain positive relationships within the real estate and financial services sectors
Create and implement business development strategies in accordance with the companys objectives
Stay abreast of market trends, economic data, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
A valid RERA license is required
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in commercial valuations and appraisals is a must
Knowledgeable in valuation methodology and key principles of international accounting standards
Proficient in using MS Office and valuation software
Excellent leadership, communication, and administration skills
Strong numerical and analytical abilities
Keen attention to details
Able to travel within the GCC region on a required basis
