Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SEO, performance marketing, website management, marketing automation, and data analytics, ensuring campaigns drive engagement, growth, and high ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Media)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Develop strategic media plans and budget allocations to boost website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Segment audiences based on behavior and preferences for personalized messaging.
Website Management
- Oversee website operations to ensure a seamless, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly experience.
- Work with developers to update and optimize the website for performance and UX/UI improvements.
- Conduct website audits and implement strategies for enhanced functionality, security, and speed.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and suggest optimizations for conversion improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools.
- Generate reports on campaign success, web traffic, and lead conversions.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and propose new growth initiatives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Track SEO performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust tactics for improved visibility.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.
Marketing Automation (HubSpot or similar platforms)
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer communications.
- Implement automated email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.
- Align automation efforts with sales objectives for improved conversion rates.
Social Media & Community Management
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Schedule content, track brand mentions, and interact with followers to build a strong online presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, website management, and automation.
- Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
