We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and drive our online presence through strategic SEM and SEO campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases for both paid and organic search. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic growth. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with content creators to ensure that content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly. Conduct competitive analysis and bench-marking to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and KPIs to stakeholders. Bachelors degree or Certifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Google Ads and/or SEO certification is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM and SEO.Requirements
