This is an opportunity to push creative boundaries from conceptualising bold social media campaigns to art direction for shootings and guiding the visual evolution of our platforms while ensuring every project stays true to each brand’s distinct voice and high-end positioning.
You will work cross-functionally with editorial & white label teams, developers, and strategists to deliver immersive storytelling, innovative design solutions, and measurable results. Experience: 4-5 years in digital art direction or a related creative role, ideally within a premium publishing or agency setting.
Editorial Expertise: Demonstrable ability to merge editorial insights with immersive design concepts that elevate narrative depth.
Technical & Design Skills:
User-Centered Focus: Track record of creating designs rooted in UX/UI best practices, incorporating accessibility and mobile-first principles.
Leadership & Communication: Experience guiding junior designers, conducting client presentations, and clearly articulating creative rationale.
Innovation: Enthusiasm for emerging technologies (AI, prototyping tools) and a willingness to experiment with cutting-edge design solutions.
Co-Branded & White-Label Work: Background in high-profile client collaborations, shaping cohesive visuals that respect both partner brands and our editorial DNA.
Project Management: Comfortable juggling multiple timelines, prioritising tasks, and optimising resources in fast-paced creative environments.
Client Relations: Proven success presenting concepts, aligning clients on design direction, and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
