Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dermatologist Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a strong ability to diagnose, treat, and perform advanced procedures for a variety of dermatological conditions. This role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional care, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assessment:
  
  Diagnose and manage a wide range of skin disorders, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and other dermatological conditions.
  

• Procedures:
  
  Perform dermatological procedures such as mole removal, biopsies, laser treatments, cryotherapy, and other minor surgeries.
  

• Patient Consultation:
  
  Conduct thorough consultations with patients, explaining diagnoses, discussing treatment options, and developing personalized care plans.
  

• Cosmetic Dermatology:
  
  Provide cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
  

• Preventative Care:
  
  Advise patients on effective skincare routines, sun protection strategies, and lifestyle modifications to improve and maintain skin health.
  

• Patient Education:
  
  Educate patients on the prevention, management, and treatment of various skin conditions while offering advice on overall skin care and well-being.
  

• Documentation:
  
  Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, in line with medical regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other medical specialists to provide comprehensive patient care, facilitating referrals when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent):
  
  Must be recognized by the UAE Health Authority (HAAD/DHA/MOH).
  

• Specialization in Dermatology:
  
  Board certification or an equivalent qualification in Dermatology.
  

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 4-5 years of post-graduate experience in dermatology, with proficiency in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
  

• Licensing:
  
  A valid and active UAE medical license (HAAD/DHA/MOH), or eligibility to obtain one.
  

• Language Skills:
  
  Proficiency in English is required. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  

• Patient-Centered Approach:
  
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate, personalized care to patients.
  

• Attention to Detail:
  
  Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills with a keen attention to detail.
  

• Team Collaboration:
  
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, promoting communication and collaborative patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE Healthcare System:
  
  Previous experience in the UAE healthcare sector is highly preferred.
  

• Cosmetic Dermatology Expertise:
  
  Expertise in cosmetic dermatology treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser therapies, is an advantage.
  

• Additional Language Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 per month
