- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to support business development and client retention strategies. - Technical Support and Development: Provide technical guidance to the sales team, particularly in complex insurance matters. Attend client meetings as needed to offer expert advice and support. - Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the business. Implement process improvements and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. - Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of executives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of executives. - Preferably qualified in Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) – UK or a similar institute. - Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.Requirements
