- Spearhead the Non-Motor department, championing operational excellence and strategic growth. - Drive client retention initiatives with a focus on achieving unparalleled customer satisfaction. - Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities across different insurance streams, contributing to the firms expansion. - Craft and implement strategies for cross-selling and up-selling to offer clients a holistic approach to risk management. - Cultivate strong relationships with insurers to negotiate favorable terms and gain insights into industry trends. - Enhance departmental procedures and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness. - Assure the precision and prompt issuance of policy documents. - Offer strategic support to the Marketing team through portfolio analysis and insights. - Lead training and development efforts, ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs. - Nurture a team environment that is motivated and geared towards achieving collective objectives. - At least 10 years of experience managing a team in underwriting or handling claims within the Non-Motor insurance sector in the UAE or home country. - Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII are mandatory. - Proven expertise in understanding and applying knowledge of Non-Motor insurance products. - Skillful in market analysis, relationship building, and navigating complex market dynamics. - Exceptional in multitasking, assertive communication, and strategic thinking. - Strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results. - A track record of success in meeting renewal targets, establishing deep customer relationships, and leading a team to excellence.Requirements
