About the Role:

Our client, a renowned dental laboratory in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a highly skilled Dental Lab Technician for one our leading client in Abu Dhabi. This role is exclusively for Emirati Nationals. The ideal candidate will specialize in fabricating high-quality dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances, using both traditional techniques and advanced digital dental technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing advanced materials and cutting-edge equipment to deliver precision-driven dental solutions for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Design: Create and customize crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures based on dentist prescriptions.
Digital Dentistry: Utilize CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and milling machines to ensure high precision and quality in all dental prosthetics.
Material Expertise: Work with a variety of dental materials, including zirconia, e.max, PMMA, and composite resins.
Aesthetic Customization: Perform shade matching and contouring to ensure restorations look as natural as possible.
Repair & Adjustment: Modify, reline, and repair prosthetics as needed to meet patient needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and specialists to refine designs and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required: Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, particularly in prosthetics.
Technical Expertise: Proficient with CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and other digital tools used in modern dental labs.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and focus in every aspect of work.
Collaboration: Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with dentists and specialists.
