Job Description

Our client, a large manufacturing company, is looking for Delivery Point Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Proactively plans and organizes work-schedules of Delivery / Pre-Delivery teams ensuring sufficient coverage at all times within available resources
Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations
Contact customers and arrange delivery times
Maintaining records of deliveries made and ensures a priority list for deliveries
Prepares and submits reports related to delivery operation

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this position.
With strong communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
