The Delegate Experience Manager takes a lead on attendee management for the events and supports the Project Manager with day-to-day communications, both in pre-production, on-site and post-production.
This position will be directly reporting to the MICE/PCO/DMC Manager.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Act as the first point of contact for client queries.
Oversee accommodation room blocks.
Create logical transfer manifests.
Manage and prioritize responses of event mailbox amongst the team on a daily basis.
Drafting, proofing, and editing of delegate communications, including invitations, and joining instructions.
Collaborate effectively with key suppliers.
Manage post event attendance analysis and reporting.
Participate in post-event debriefs (both internal and client) employing a critical eye and ensuring continuous improvement and sharing best practice across all involved.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in hospitality management or public relations
Any nationality
5-7 years of delegate management experience
Proven track record of creative, successful events
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Be able to multitask and prioritize to manage all client and internal expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent people skills

Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
