Job Description

Our client, a large manufacturing company is looking for a Data Business Analyses to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, the candidate will provide direct support to the business and ITS employees. Performs special assignments and assists as needed in other areas of the IT Section and as advised by the Application Unit Head. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:

The main connection point between the customer (User) and the development team. Will gather all the information from customers and convert it to a proper proposal along with workflows on which the developers will build their work.
Review the developer codes for software, applications, and systems.
Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems and suggest changes.
Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced.
Review the output of the systems and compare it to the provided data from the customer’s end.
Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications in order to make sure that the desired information will be produced with the correct instructions.
Perform or direct revision, maintenance, and expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirements.
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing the reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Troubleshoot some running systems.
Documenting program development and subsequent revisions by inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience in developing web applications.
Cooperative with the co-employees and other colleagues
Problem Solving Skills.
Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
Good Interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients.
Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Operations Analysis Analysing needs and product requirements to create a design.
Technology Design - Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user/business needs.
