As a Data Analyst with Quant, you will be responsible for creating meaning from data sets by transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports to assist in continuous innovation and growth. This is a project-based role, meaning the Analyst will work on specific projects with defined goals and timelines. This requires a detail-oriented individual with solid exposure to mathematical and statistical principles and a deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Developed and implemented advanced analytics for different areas in the industry, such as forecast demand, customer behavior, and in-depth sales analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize complex datasets in a comprehensible way for stakeholders.
Communicate findings and insights from the data to non-technical team members and stakeholders through clear and concise reports or presentations.
Apply data modeling techniques to predict future trends from historical data.
Lead A/B testing and other experimental designs to deliver added value to the end user.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies are ahead of the curve.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through rigorous quality control and validation processes.
Requirements
Academic Prerequisites:
Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualities:
+4 years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating a track record of impactful insights and business outcomes.
High skills in data cleaning and pre-processing techniques and data formatting.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL, with a minimum of 6 years in the field.
Ability to deal with larger and more complex datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with a minimum of +6 years in the field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Good knowledge of modelling concepts.
Good knowledge of NLP and machine learning is a plus.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude.

Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws, some of which being:
Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Holidays: paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.
Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.
Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.
