Strategy/Governance Lead the enterprise governance for IT and OT Monitor the functioning of the IT Governance committees and workgroups to ensure they meet, collaborate, and report as per their respective charters Lead IT risks and mitigation plans Lead service management, quality and performance Manage the implementation of industry quality standards Manage all GIT related audits (external and internal) and closure of audit points Manage development of the enterprise governance framework for IT and OT Lead the development of IT processes, policies and procedures and ensure compliance Lead IT governance awareness sessions Lead the implementation of governance programs, committees and bodies Lead the IT service catalogue management and maintenance process Manage the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) for all IT services Lead the periodic measurement of service levels and reports escalations. Lead the IT service lifecycle from planning to sunset Monitor monthly and quarterly compliance results, identify compliance gaps and ramifications, and manage the development of corrective actions that tackle the root causes Prepare and endorse the IT governance budget Manage and report on IT governance financial spending Oversee the development of IT governance initiatives TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) Formulate workforce planning reports and talent acquisition plans Set performance management objectives for all reportees and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews Manage the team’s productivity to achieve the set KPIs and service levels Develop and coach the team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance Manage and resolve team conflicts Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives Education Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent Required professional certifications: Industry certification in IT Governance (CGEIT, COBIT 5, etc.), Risk Management (e.g. RMP, etc.) 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience 3+ years of proven experience in working with governance standards, frameworks, policies and procedures for enterprise ITRequirements
