Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an upcoming Financial Services company in Dubai , UAE. Our Client is looking to hire a talented Customer Support Analyst to join their team.
- Communicate with customers across different channels (phone, email, chat)
- Respond to customer inquiries around deposits, trading, KYC, etc.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both as a team and independently, documenting request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Utilize appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interpret‚ respond and resolve customer inquiries and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Preparing appropriate documentation in the call tracking system on incoming telephone calls - Ensure that cases are resolved and closed to customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a business, technology, or a quantitative focus - Customer Service orientation - Personal interest/knowledge in cryptocurrencies and trading - Prior experience in a trading firm, payment processing, crypto is a plus - Able to solve practical problems-Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in oral, written or scheduled form
- Strong communication ability (listening, verbal, written)
