Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established Cyber Security training company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for providing support and responding to customers for their queries. They are looking for someone who will be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer service and organizing the day-to-day operations.

- Training focused on coordination, scheduling trainers, booking appointments, coordinating with clients on trainers schedule, organizing training and certifications, and other training-related matters.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customers inquiries account statuses and relevant problems.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person. Handle customer queries and resolve the issue as necessary by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
- Allocates and aligns resources to optimize the customer experience.
- Assist clients by demonstrating the use of services and Products. 
- Connect with relevant partners / vendors for escalation, orders placing, follow up and delivery
- Reach out to new partners, vendors or trainers for collaboration
- Provides and drives actionable feedback across groups about the customer/partner experience.
- Stay up-to-date with new programs and services offered by the company.
- Prepare and report back on a daily, weekly and monthly basis of all activities and tasks
- Updating customer information as required.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs


Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Experienced in customer service, administration, and operations
- Excellent communication Skills 
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
