- Attending all inquiries via emails, chats, and telephone when on shift.
- Maintaining a professional and positive manner with all customers and third parties.
- Liaising with a third party or other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prompt response to customer queries
- Troubleshooting problems for customers’ queries, raise to related departments to resolve customers queries.
- Always Providing excellent quality customer service and resolving customers’ queries in line with departmental procedures.
- Compile daily chat logs for management.
- Following company rules and policy.

- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills of English and Hindi language (spoken & written)
