Scheduling and planning delivery routes for deadheading crew.
Analytical and organised in approach.
Using Root Cause analysis to identify problems and solve them.
Comprehensive understanding of management systems.
Effectively dealing with conflicting demands.
Managing logistics and travel requirements for crew.
Carrying out quality firm check on flight loads.
Ability to form, train and develop a logistics team.
Knowledge of international and domestic ticketing programs.
Managing and prioritising a busy workload.
Able to handle pressure situations.
Overseeing and reviewing the planned logistics arrangements.
Handling APIS data transmission and control processes.
Coordinating with various teams and stations to ensure excellent arrangements for staff.
Analysing networks and systems & implementing new ones.

5 years of relevant experience in managing crew rosters, must have handled international flights
Graduate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced MS suite skill
