Design original and trend-forward baby clothing collections (0–3 years) Work closely with production and merchandising teams to turn concepts into tangible products Develop seasonal mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric inspirations Collaborate on packaging, tags, and in-store visual elements Design digital marketing creatives – banners, social media posts, and look books Maintain consistent brand identity across all design work Keep up with baby/kids wear fashion trends and consumer behaviour Coordinate with photographers and stylists for campaign shoots 2–4 years of experience in fashion or retail design (baby/kids wear is a plus) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong illustration and textile design skills Familiarity with printing techniques and fabric types Attention to detail and a love for playful, soft, and age-appropriate aesthetics Portfolio required with previous fashion/apparel design work Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related fieldKey Responsibilities:
