Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely execution of works. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts based on project scope and deliverables. Analyze project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. Prepare detailed reports on project status, cost performance, and resource utilization. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to optimize schedules and costs. Implement earned value management (EVM) techniques for effective project tracking. Evaluate contractor and supplier claims, variations, and change orders. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning to minimize project risks. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and contract requirements. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field from a recognized institution. 4 to 5 years of proven experience in project planning and cost control within construction or engineering industries. Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cost control methods, forecasting, and project accounting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across project teams.
