We are hiring a Cost Controller for one of our clients in Doha.

Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.

Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Healthcare Experience
Minimum twenty (20) years of experience in post contract quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration in major Building construction projects, of which ten (10) years involving major Healthcare Projects.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience with internationally renowned Consultancy, Project Management Firm or Corporate PMC/PMO.
Minimum five (5) years of experience on major Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Projects.
Competent in use of Capital Construction Portfolio Programs & Project Management Software
Capable of developing, implementing and maintaining cost controls on the project
Capable of identifying risks and preparing risk schedules and risk mitigation plans
With a valid QID
Residing in Qatar
