-Manage all areas under QA/QC Department’s, issues and problems and execute appropriate technical/non-technical solutions.
-Monitor and advice Project QA/QC Managers and act as a source of advice for related matters; address QA/QC staff requirements at project sites in a timely manner to ensure attainment of Project QA/QC plan, goals and objectives.
-Identify and implement systems/methodologies to reduce costs and mitigate any gaps in order to maintain efficient operational excellence.
