Corporate Chef for Creative Japanese restaurant Group in Saudi Arabia Creative Japanese/Sushi/Chinese cuisine Been operating since 2013 Currently 1 dine in location in Jeddah with 60 covers and 2 delivery restaurants , and a small CK total BOH team 50 Will open a location in January in Riyadh with 120 covers Also will relocate its Jeddah location to a bigger space with 120 cover ABOUT THE JOB Corporate Chef to handle both Jeddah and Riyadh locations Menu development, kitchen management, food cost, SOP’s, openings etc. Have managerial skill , leadership, creativity , attitude and adaptability Hard worker with strategic mind Opening experience , menu creation , training , hard core work Must know sushi and hot Japanese food robata , teppanyaki ,yakitori Worked in high end modern Japanese like Nobu , Zuma , Katsuya , Novikov, Mirai, Clap, Tomo etc GCC experienceRequirements
Basic 23,000 SAR net per month (6100 USD) to 25,000 SAR net per month ($6600 USD)
