1. Review and Monitoring: Continuously monitor & review multiple CCTV screens to detect security threats, suspicious activities, or safety concerns.
2. Incident Response: Efficiently report detected security incidents by Informing the in charge based on the chain of command.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and individuals for future reference and reporting.
4. Remote CCTV Operation: Remotely operate and troubleshoot CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording systems, to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
5. Proactive Surveillance: Identify security vulnerabilities and potential risks, reporting them to the security team for action.
6. Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing situational updates and relaying information as needed.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding CCTV operations and data privacy.
8. Confidentiality: Handle information with discretion, especially concerning sensitive security matters.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus).
· Preferred experience in a similar role or in the security field.
· Familiarity with CCTV systems and technology. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Possession of relevant licenses or certifications (Security Industry Regulatory Agency).
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
