Job Description

Contracts & Estimation Manager will work with the directors on the New Projects Biddings, Tenders, BOQ Contracts and manage all costs relating projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures while providing support to the Directors and Project Manager in an effort to successfully complete the project assignment per the targets / objective set.

Preparing the Commercial & Technical Tenders.
Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Pre & Post Tender Requests
Preparation of Variation Orders.
Prepare Cost Comparison and Cost Analysis
Cost Control & Contracts.
Estimation of tender BOQ based on current market rates.
Responsibility for establishing and implementing all estimating processes required on projects/contracts within Services
Review, evaluate and checking all tender documents such as drawings, specification and Bill of Quantity.
Prepares detailed cost estimates for tender bid.
Review the value engineering analysis
Reporting to company management about commercial status of the projects.
Ensure efficient functioning of assigned commercial team
Liaison with client on commercial and other aspects
Progress meetings with the clients / consultants
Budget Projection
Contractual correspondence with the client
Variation and change management
Final Accounts submission & Agreement
Liaison with Finance Department, Tender team, Plant department
