Job Description

A newly established Management Consulting company, specializing in strategic advisory services for governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors. With a portfolio of diverse projects, we are seeking a talented Consulting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and delivering impactful consulting projects in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery, exceeding client expectations, and mitigating project risks.

· Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, providing insightful recommendations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

· Conduct thorough analysis, market research, and benchmarking to formulate data-driven recommendations tailored to specific projects.

· Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

· Participate actively in proposal development, client presentations, and negotiations, maintaining project budgets and financial targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with specific expertise in Strategy Development, Organization Development, Financial Advisory, and Governance.

· Experience in interacting and negotiating with clients, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

· Required Languages: Arabic (Native), English (Fluent).

· Familiarity with tools and methodologies commonly used in consulting projects.

· Ability to travel 50% of the time, split between Cairo and Riyadh. The company will cover Per Diem, Travel, and Accommodation expenses.
