Job Description
A newly established Management Consulting company, targeting the governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors with its services, and has a set of existing projects. Looking to hire a Consulting Manager with previous experience in similar companies as a Consulting Manager, preferably also experience in Saudi Arabia consulting projects. Roles and responsibilities · Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations. · Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, providing insightful recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction. · Conduct thorough analysis, market research, and benchmarking to formulate data-driven recommendations. · Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. · Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. · Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and negotiations. Requirements & Qualifications · Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or any other related field. · At least 7 Years of experience in the field. · Strategy Development, Organization Development, Financial Advisory, & Governance. · Required Languages: Arabic: Native, English: Fluent. · Experience in interacting and negotiating with clients.
